HoW tO mAkE IcE cReaM???

Ingredients:
*Vanilla Bean(Vanilla Extract)-1tbsp
*Evap Milk-720 ml
*Heavy Cream-720 ml
*Sugar-340 g
*Egg Yolk-12 pcs
*Flavoring

Procedure:
1. Place the milk,cream,sugar,and the flavor in a sauce pan.
2. Bring the mixture to the boiling point.
3. Blend the egg yolk mixture into the hot milk mixture.Heat to 180 degree F to 82 degree C.
4. Strain though a fine meshed strainer into a container in a ice cream bath.Allow the mixture to cool completely.Cover refrigirate overnight.
5. Freeze in a ice cream freezer.

This is for 3 Ice CeAm container....

March 14, 2009(Saturday)...We went to Barangay Pamayanan for our "Out Reach Program" with the theme "Educational and Feeding Program"...

Cooking Tips!!!
What Went Wrong?
You've just finished making soup for dinner,but when you take a tasting spoonful you find it quite bland.So you add a little salt,then alittle bit more,then ohHhHwWw...knoHhHww!!!Too much!!!
How To Remedy It?
To rescue an over flavored pot of soup,drop a whole,peeled potato into the soup,simmer for 15 to 20 minutes then remove the potato.The stardy spud will absorb the saltiness in the dish leavening your soup good as new.Find it too salty?Repeat the process until you acheive your desired taste.
