Ingredients:
*Vanilla Bean(Vanilla Extract)-1tbsp
*Evap Milk-720 ml
*Heavy Cream-720 ml
*Sugar-340 g
*Egg Yolk-12 pcs
*Flavoring
Procedure:
1. Place the milk,cream,sugar,and the flavor in a sauce pan.
2. Bring the mixture to the boiling point.
3. Blend the egg yolk mixture into the hot milk mixture.Heat to 180 degree F to 82 degree C.
4. Strain though a fine meshed strainer into a container in a ice cream bath.Allow the mixture to cool completely.Cover refrigirate overnight.
5. Freeze in a ice cream freezer.
This is for 3 Ice CeAm container....
